207,768 sq. ft, 11.44 ac. plant which produced plastic intake manifolds for the Big 3, was purchased from Siemens VOD in June 2007. In September Germany based Mahle announced that the plant would be closed in 2008 and the work sent to Mexico. At one time the plant employed up to 280 people.
