Port Authority Bus Terminal Ramps (New York City, New York)
World / USA / New Jersey / West New York World / United States / New York
The unique ramp system provides a direct connection between the terminal and the Lincoln Tunnel. This provides easier access for buses using the third and fourth bus levels, and cars headed for the public parking levels, thereby reducing traffic congestion on the West Side of Manhattan. The ramps are heated in the winter to provide all-weather access to and from the terminal.
