The 6-storey building was constructed in late 1990's under the supervision of PLM President Dr. Benjamin Tayabas & Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim. This houses most of the colleges in PLM namely: College of Science (6F), Mass Communication (5F), Management & Entrepreneurship, Liberal Arts, Student Affairs, Accountancy & Economics (2 & 3F). Also houses the PLM Justo Albert Auditorium.
