Motamarri Rama Rao, a student DSO party (PDSU now) leader, who initiated state level student party meetings as a student during 1990's. First educationist from this rural area, left us in 1992, while pursuing Bachelor of Law degree in Eluru. A leader who has inspired and motivated students to fight for common man issues/problems and to protest land-lords dictator ship. This monument was built to keep his thoughts alive in people and it's considered as a sacred place by local villagers.
