The South Carolina facility produces polyester resins and polyester staple and fibers. Auriga Polymers Inc. operation has a total capacity of 70 kMT per annum. Approximately 420 people are employed at the site.A range of high-performance polyester staple fibers for non-wovens and industrial applications—such as absorbent products, wipes, filtration, automotive products, highloft and needlepunch products, specialty papers and insulation—are also produced.
