This site, currently a mix of derelict buildings including the remaining gable end of St Paul's School by J.A. Chatwin, is currently under the ownership of University College Birmingham (formerly the College of Food and Tourism). Plans were afoot prior to it being granted university college status for it to become the new campus although these have since been abandoned.
