  • Despite strong opposition from the surrounding condominium residents, a car dealership is scheduled to be built on an otherwise ideal spot for far more needed amenities more appropriate to an upscale residential surrounding such as a convenience store (Rabbas), coffee shop (Starbucks), and walk-in clinic.
  • Once more, an example of the poor urban planning policies of Toronto. A car dealership!
