Rogers Warm Spring

The largest of a series of warm (90 degrees Fahrenheit) water springs along a fault line, Rogers Spring fills a small pool before spilling into a stream leading toward the lake.
A swath of tules, shrubs and grasses follows the stream. The spring water supports palms, salt cedar and other vegetation. Trees large enough to shade several picnic tables near the pool enhance the spot's peaceful ambiance.
Tiny Blue Point Spring with its shallow pool and a couple of picnic tables lies a few hundred yards way.
