the place is not easily accessible for wheelchair person, no disabled toilets and parking, some part of the walkways to the main area are uneven or unclear or with a step more than 10 cm. high that required physical lifting, the Thai traditional buildings usually have high steps to its entrances

in general, the place, the toilets and the main exhibitions are well kept clean and displayed, but for such a huge collection of various small things, some places may be looked messy and really need the maintenance effort

no security guards, but the place seem to be quite safe, the visitors can wander around on their own

the staffs are friendly but rather inactive, you have to contact them to ask for help or something
