300 homes built on the site of the Weather Centre College. The estate was constructed between 2005 and 2009 by a consortium of builders made up of George Wimpey, Barratt Homes and King's Oak. Barratt Homes and King's Oak amalgamated in 2007/8. The old Lodge remains derelict on the site despite the builders' obligations to renovate it under the planning permission directive.
