  • KS Town has got a MBA college, called NIMS. NIMS offers full time and part time MBA courses. Students here are given best of the corporate exposure that equips them to join the industry/ corporates straight from the college. Ambience at NIMS also looks like a corporate office.   • Residing here since 1975. A lovely place now a happening place as it has a ring road passing thru it. Lot of youth and other people travel to other parts of the city for their academic activities and requirements.   • ನಮ್ಸ್ಕಾರ ಎಲ್ರುಗು.. ಮೊದಲಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆ ಈಗ ಉಪನಗರ ಇಲ್ಲ.. ಎಲ್ಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಇದೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ,ಆರೈಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು, ಕಾಲೇಜು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇವೆ.. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಗಲಾಟೆ ಇಂದ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಾಗಿ ಬದುಕಬಹುದು. ಹಾಗೆಯೆ ನಗರದ ನಾನಾ ಮೂಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ನೇರವಾದ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳು ಸಂಚರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಸ್ವಂತ ಗಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ೬೦ ಕಿಮಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಘಂಟೆಗೆ ಓಡಿಸಿದರೆ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿಗೆ ನೈಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬಳಸಿ ೩೦ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಕ್ರಮಿಸಬಹುದು, ನೆಲಮಂಗಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವುದು ಸುಲಭ. ವಿಜಯನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ೧೫ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಲುಪಬಹುದು , ಆಯಾ ಜಾಗ ತಲುಪಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತದೆ ವಾಹನ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ. ರೇಣುಕಾಪ್ರಸಾದ್/ರಾಣೆ - ಉಪನಗರದ ಹಳೆಯ ತಲೆ :) ರಾಜರಾಜೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೊನೆಯ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಹತ್ತಿರ
  • Kengeri is situated on the outskirts of Bangalore. It is about 14 km from city center and lies on the Mysore-Bangalore Road. Evergreen Estate and a Toyota factory are located here. The place is linked with the Bangalore Outer Link Road. Bangalore University is about 6 km from here. Kengeri Railway Station is on the Bangalore–Mandya rail route

  • verygood location place. metro rail second phase is reaching this place with in two years. the devolopment is well. A good leaving area is this settelite town.
  • This place which was so calm and beautiful once few years before is totally neglected by BBMP, BDA and other Beaurocrats and none of them want to take responsibility of developing this place when it comes to their duty. But every one wants to come forward to take credit for something happening due to demands of the residents. This place needs lot of civic support from Government departments like BBMP, BDA, KEB, BWSSB etc so that this becomes a real SATELLITE town for Bengaluru. Only for the sake of collecting more taxes, this has been added into Greater Bengaluru but no one is bothered about the amenities. Can any one from Government take note please?
  • KST is no more Satellite Town. It is to be considered as well within city as many BDA BBMP Layouts are around KST now. I love KSTown. Because it is still calm and peaceful except 1st main. All facilities available like shopping malls, big parks, good Resident Assns, group of senior citizens, Hospitals bus facility to all parts of the city, accessible thru nice road and ring road, big roads, no revenue layouts within, good water and sanitary, at least 10 nationalised banks etc etc. what is needed as per my assessment is as below 1. Completion of metro line as early as possible. 2. Taking up of project to extend fly over from Sirsi circle to Gnanabharathi gate. With this the layout can have signal free access from city to KST. 3. No good hotels in the area. It is need of the hour. 4. Up gradation of Kengeri rly stn and making compulsory halt to all trains coming from Bangalore and Mysore. 5. No planned market for vegetables except of course good malls. 5. More number of degree and PU Colleges reqd. With this we can reduce dependence of students on city colleges. Still it is like "Sadashivanagar" but in the outskirts. Only those who live there can experience the real satisfaction. It is pensioners heaven too. What else. Pls come, have ur dream home settle down and feel the experience.   • I have to shift to Good Earth Malhar, Kenegiri in a few months. Could someone please intimate me the type of civic amenities I could expect there viz. shopping malls, cinema halls or multiplexes that show English & Hindi films, hospitals and connectivity with central bangalore (mg road, koramangala etc.) I also understand that Bangalore Metro is also going to connect Kenegiri. Could someone provide the details of metro connectivity ?
