8-storey office building constructed in 1957. The street level facade is clad in a smooth brown-and-white limestone breccia, and the upper storeys are covered in dark-glazed glass. The rest of the exterior is brick. The building's original glass was altered during the 1970s to its current reflective glass curtain wall.
