The SIWS school had a central playground, flanked on the left (west) side by a smaller structure that contained classrooms for Stds 1-3.
This building and the playground were built over sometime in the 1980s to make room for SIWS college. I studied in SIWS from 1st to
8th stds before leaving in 1978. I have many fond memories of the playground, playing hand cricket during lunch period, as well as
having class asemblies or playing basketball during drill period.
