Formerly known as Santa Barbara Complejo Empresarial, in the early 1990´s this building had the most technologically advanced security system in the region along with the Nacional Prosecutor Building. Rising 16 storeys (56 m) over Carrera 7 sharp cornered angles and the brown facade's contrast with dark glass creates a striking image.
The building is the ABN Amro Bank head office for Colombia, and the South American headquarters of the Royal Bank of Scotland and Canada's Bank of Nova Scotia. The tower also houses the 75 staff of the Embassy of Canada on floors 13-14.
