Muka Head Lighthouse (Penang Island)

This place is a favourite destination for hikers who will trek over the hill to reach the sandy beach (Monkey Beach) and the old lighthouse at Muka Head

Muka Head is very much Land's End for Penang folks. At the tip of this promontory is a lighthouse that is still functional today. Nature enthusiasts hike up to the lighthouse from where one can get splendid views of the sea.
