Ramp and Tunnel to The River (London)

There's a sloping ramp and tunnel under the road, which used to let small boats be taken into the river at low tide. It was also where the fire engines at the London Fire Brigade headquarters (which is still located next door) would go to collect water. It's now rather silted up and has not been used for years.
