BPH is situated in Purok 2, North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon. Indeed, it is considered as one of the oldest ever existed hospital in Bukidnon Province. It has been very beneficial to the local community as far as health issues are concern.

In year 2002, a new site was erected in its present location armed with complete and latest state of the art technology in order to combat any kind of human diseases and illness in the local community.

Meanwhile, the old site of the building is now being used as Training Facility for incoming nurses of Central Mindanao University (CMU)
