Among departmental offices and labs, this building houses the "fishbowl"--the engineering study lounge.

The fishbowl (and Engineering B Building hallways/bathrooms) are open 24/7, which I believe is the only part of the campus which is open 24/7 to all students for studying/recovering/etc.
