The Practising Pavilion (Xiliting) (Beijing)

It is a hexagonal pavilion. Built in 1420, it's original location was at the south side of Tiananmen Square. Before any foreign ambassadors first received by the emperors they had to learn the etiquette here. The same goes for the government officials seeing the emperors for the first time. The pavilion was moved to the present position in 1925.
