Sithaneeshwaran Kovil

This a Temple of Lord Shiva. Which is built in 18th Century. The statue of lord shiva is made as he is in meditation. A canal called saamiar oodai is running over and inside the temple. The water of the canal is touching the legs of the lord Sithaneeshwaran. Some siddhas are maintaining the temple. One of them is called Arani siddhar.

I know it very well. The village is called Arani sithanoor which is in the top of the mountain. saamiar oodai, pallam, kallarai thottam, kottai, vetha mara thottam. Good place. But need some permissions and Proper guides for visiting this place.

I visit this place a long ago. Sathyakiri Brindavan is a calm and peaceful place for learning Yoga and Meditation.
