This is a project of Pres.Ferdinand E. Marcos during his term as Philippine president.The hospital was inaugurated last February 18, 1968. It became a general hospital and finally a Medical Center on March 3, 1981 by virtue of Administrative Order No. 122, s. 1981. Its expansion and conversion into what it is now were the results of a series of bills passed in Congress and through the support and concerted efforts of local officials and health administrators. Since then, medical and health services were not only made available to the populace of Ilocos Norte but the Medical Center has also catered to patients from neighboring provinces - Ilocos Sur, Cagayan, Abra, Kalinga and Apayao.

  • I was calling from the United States because my daughter is confined, and one girl answered the phone. She is so mean and while I'm talking to her she was chating to her co-employees instead of talking to me. She should be very nice to people calling especially long distance. The worst thing is, she hang up the phone because she doesn't know how to explain the answer to my querry. What kind of employee she is? She dont deserve to work in a public place where lots of people are calling and ask questions. In her voice, she is a high headed person and she need to kick out on that work place. Ang yabang nya magsalita akala mo kung sino sya.
