Nardin Academy is comprised of a co-ed elementary school and an all girls high school, housed in separate buildings. The Nardin Montessori is located nearby in a restored masion on West Ferry. The schools are both private and Catholic based.
Nardin Academy was founded in 1857 by the Daughters of the Heart of Mary. It is the oldest private Roman Catholic school in Western New York state. The school was named for DHM Ernestine Nardin. Nardin Academy high school is continually rated the number one high school in Buffalo, by BusinessFirst.
