Sinŭiju Chemical Fibre Complex (Sinŭiju)

This is a large industrial zone in Shinuiju. It is known to have been the Shinuiju industrial complex of the Oji Paper Group during the Japanese colonial era. Three large smokestacks stand out. To the best that one can observe from the Chinese side, this complex does not seem to be in operation any longer.
