Rawalakot City is located in District Poonch AJK. Rawalakot is the district headquarter of district Poonch of Pakistan Adiministered Kashmir. The city is located in an extremely scenic beautiful cup shaped valley. It has a cold winter and a very pleasent summer with greenery everywhere. It is a very good tourist point in summer, specially in the month of July. It has some very good hotels and tourist rest houses.
