Incline Plane 10- Allegheny Portage Railroad

This is incline plane #10 on the Allegheny Portage Rail Road. The railroad operated from 1834-1852 and was used to haul boats from the Pennsylvania Main Line Canal up over the mountain range between Hollidaysburg and Johnstown.
