Formerly the dorms to a Bible College and still reflect much of the appropriate design (pairs of showers, rooms all of the same size, etc.), this complex is now a tiny (<20) unit apartment complex with a landlord who has frequently forgotten to deposit rent checks for up to two weeks at a time. Tenants are encouraged to modify the apartments as they see fit- the example is the unit which painted their entire living room blue. It shares a chain-link fence with Love Park and Love Community Center, the parking lot of which is reportedly utilized by clandestine entrepreneurs.
