Originally known as the Test Building, named after Charles Edward Test.

Fats:
- The Test Building included parking for automobiles on multiple floors when it opened in 1925.
- The design of this building follows a tripartite formula of three-story base, five-story middle zone, and one-story crown. It is characterized by a subtle use of classical details.
- The former Test Building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
- The exterior sculptural elements are the work of Alexander Sangernebo.
- The building has an entertainment deck on the roof, overlooking Monument Circle.
