The K&L Gates Center stands at a height of 511 feet, with 39 floors. Completed in 1968, the building was originally known as One Oliver Plaza and later as FreeMarkets Center and Ariba Center. In 2010 it became the headquarters of the law firm K&L Gates and was renamed accordingly.
