Originally known as The Plaza at Lake Forest and once a thriving regional mall. Some say the center started to decline after the oil bust off the 1980s. By the time it was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, Dillard's was the only remaining anchor. At this writing there are no plans to reopen.
