Self Proclaimed Republic of Nancer

A single home owned by the Nancer family. In 1978, they held the Nancer-Brookhaven talks, which was attended by only three people, Thomas Nancer (the founder of the Republic of Nancer), and two Brookhaven officals. Due to an immese dislike with the other houses, they declared independence from the Republic of Mastic.
