The Estates on Little Ox Road are a collection of 4 single-family houses built around 2004-2006. Many of the houses are closely adjacent to Ox Road and feature an interesting mix of colonial and neo-eclectic styles. The house closest to the intersection of Ox Road and Little Ox Road is highly notable for being set on heavily eroding land and for being on the housing market for several years. It was finally purchased late in 2007. A recent development in the neighbourhood features a new "5th house" under construction, featuring a unique "bungalow" style.
