The Ontario Firefighters Memorial, situated at the northeast corner of Queen’s Park Crescent and College Avenue, was unveiled in 2005 and is dedicated to Ontario firefighters who died in the line of duty. The base of the memorial is in the shape of a red Maltese Cross, an international symbol for firefighting.
