  Please put the location of Appankoil, It is the birthplace of my father his family both mother and father's family hail from there, He left the village when he was seven years old he is now eighty three, Alwar thopu bridge opened few years back, two years ago I took my parents to visit the village I was touched by the hospitality, it is sad to inform the temple in appankoil is kept closed only if visitors request in Alwar tirunagiri kovil do they come and light a lamp, terfully I asked somebody to open the temple and saw it is in shambles Namalwar was born to the maharaja of appankoil later he took a place in alwartirunagiri, oneamzing fact appankoil has only one temple the appankoil venkatachalpati kovil it was once inhabitaed by only iyers no iyengars and their kuladeivam is tirupathi venkatachalapathi, a cute little hamlet my grandmothers house is still there erettaiveedu azhipachi.
