This building is a modern koti built by Surinder Singh who was born and raised in this village on his family farm it features a very modern look with influences from modernism,art nouvea and art deco but manages to keep its originality with hard defined lines and different juxtaposed angular shapes on all sides not conforming to the accepted rules of architectire but more in the line of being bold,brash and darring in its conception which all indian people are facinated by.
