The Ragwon Machine Complex is a high profile industrial concern in the DPRK that produces well drills, excavators, hyrdaulic pumps and oxygen separators. The complex has between 4,000 and 5,000 workers and was opened in June 1955 to produce water pumps and irrigation equipment. In January 2009, Kim Jong il visited the complex on a guidance tour of North Phyongan Province.
