Built in 2003. Halfway through the design building process of what would become the MGM Tower, MGM agreed to be the lead tenant (2000). It moved out in 2011 after emerging from bankruptcy protection, moving to a smaller building in nearby Beverly Hills so the company could remove around $5 billion in debt; the lease in Constellation Place was scheduled to expire in 2018.
