Eight brick house an individual project. Built in 1957. Number of apartments: 502. The house became known for one of the first Soviet stores for professional and amateur photography. The store was founded in 1958 and became a cult place for several generations of Soviet photographers, and the name "movie fans" are still known to many Russians, and is used in everyday life. In this house lived and worked as a scientist-orientalist Roerich (flat number 35).
