This is the biggest building in lane no - 2 . It is having 3 wings . It is more than 33 yrs old
Mr Sharadchandra K. Ghosalkar , Mr Sunil Pradhan , Mr Gupte are some of the oldest residents of rambaug who stay in this building . This building is adjacent to the famous SWAMI SAMARTH KENDRA. This building has 3 wings and all of them are inter-connected with a common terrace. This terrace is the longest terrace as compared to any other building built in rambaug lane no 2. This building is approximately about 8-9 minutes walkable distance from Kalyan Railway Station (West). Railway Station, Vegetable Market, Fish Market, Schools, Fire Station and Police station are located at a walkable distance from this building. One of the oldest schools in kalyan i.e is vani vidhyashala is about 4 minutes walking distance from the building.

Kalyan experiences water clogging in many parts of the city during the rainy season. Normally the water is clogged in the areas of vinit house, blue pearl etc in rambaug lane no 2. The only time when this building also experienced water clogging was during the torrential rains of 26 JULY 2005 when certain parts of Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan experienced the worst water clogging in the past 75 years.

The water level during the rains of 26.7.05 was more than 5 feet in the building compound itself and the ground floors of the building were partly submerged under the water.This water clogging happenned because the Barvi dam waters were let out and also there was a heavy high tide at about 5.00 p.m. The water started to clog at around 5.30 p.m on 26th July 2005.
