Mount Thompson Crematorium was erected in 1934 when cremation in Australia was still very new the crematorium has two Chapels East and West both are very well much the same in size. Mount Thompson operates three Major HD90M cremators for the purpose of carrying out their cremations. It is owned and operated now by an American Company.
