Parveen Kumar Sharma: This is a good place and the facilities one get at the cost make it worth staying here. You have pool inside, the whole place is lush green, park, many play areas for children, Tennis lounge and a basic gym.
This is big society with 1000 family. There are two markets & two restaurants in the society itself. These are only for people leaving in the society. Here you can get snacks, basic Chinese, south Indian, curry, vegetable, Nan other north Indian dishes. I found it sufficiently hygienic place and you can eat here if not feel like cooking. Market area has all the shops ranging from vegetable shop, barber, beauty parlors, chemist, tailor, boutique, Internet café etc. Vegetable shop & restaurant do the home delivery also. You can get the daily basic items at your door step like milk packets etc from society shop. Ironing & garbage guy collect it from your flat daily. Doctors (physician, Gynecologist, homeopathy) visit the society. Overall nice place to stay.

  • Shityy place. Power backup is sham. Security is useless. Open areas are filthy. Highly overpriced for its value. If you want to buy for self living, better take an apartment for rent and live here to see for yourself. Don't trust anyone who owns an apartment here, not even your friend or close relative. They will never tell u the truth. Live here, and see for yourself.

  • Gobind Singh. Have been here for over 7 years. Like any Society the smartness of a place is totally reliant on the residents and how they help in the running of the place.Sitting in judgement and passing negative comments can only make life unhappy for the person making it. I love the place. The people are simple, a majority are retired service personnel and have limited means of souping up a place. But as someone has commented, there is an ongoing endeavour to improve things.
  • JVT is a defence personnel's residentail colony.A well managed and administered colony,has all the basic facilities that one needs. An outsider will take time to adjust himself to this disciplined atmosphere. In any case to live in the large community like JVT,one has to be flexible,adjusting and cooperating type to achieve happiness.
  • Its just that you people don't live now in JVT, but now the JVT has full facilities and all power backups, as if you want. i am just a teen of 13 years writing it all. i am really Happy that Jvt has changed all of a sudden. there for itself, there's being made a bowling alley and also pool table and more facilities. The community centre as you know, has been Air conditioned Fully. The charges, the rents, the everything, all has changed. You guys will all be excited to live in such conditions, and now also the Dog's don't shit in the lift or somewhere else, as they take them out. people are happy living in such society with their family and friends all around, anyone will be. So you guys need to come back, whoever has left this society. I am Sana, i am here from about 8-9years. i live in I-414. Shifting to I-312.
