Jama Masjid, Baltana (Chandigarh Tricity)

This mosque was built in 1990, by the efforts of the village people and allied people of sector-19, Panchkula, Haryana. Late Baba Tulla Ram (Janab Ataullah Khan)was the sole for this mosque, whose eyes witnessed partitioning of India. He saw how this place was deprived of his relatives and he changed his name as TULLA RAM. People of Baltana are very nice and help a lot in the various religious activities of the mosque. Now the present Imam of Mosque is Imam Tehseen.
