The Former President's Complex features a mansion, several smaller homes, a chapel, mosque, museum, presidential library, olympic sized swimming pool, ranch, three lakes and an ostrich farm.
In January 16-19, 2001, President Estrada (born Jose Marcelo Ejercito) was deposed during the Second People Power Movement (ESDA II). Following these events, he was transferred to this location in October 2003 and remained there under house arrest until 2008.
Guided tours of the complex is open to the public for -P- 100 per person.
