"Brutonia", if you will. Houses Charlotte Motor Speedway, The Dirt Track @ Charlotte Motor Speedway, ZMax Dragstrip @ Concord and tiny 1/5 mile oval auxiliary track, alongside numerous parking lots. The road leading in is called "Bruton Smith Blvd." (formerly Speedway Blvd.), named after the owner of the place after he demanded it during a spat with the City of Concord.
