Five Points

A relatively busy intersection housing several restaurants, shops, and roads to more. Among the things you can find:
-expensive outdoorsy gear at Charbon's
-super-cheap icecream (and floats!) as well as overpriced drugs at Hodgeson's pharmacy
-a nice late-night belly-wrenching drunken grub-fest at the Waffle House
-one of the best meals Athens has to offer (take a date) at 5 and 10
-the best beer selection in the city (by far) at the Bottle Shop (no fake I.D.s or it's swiped)
-a trip up style-lane (haircuts and whatnot) at The Strand
-a smoothie, sub, or ice cream at Smoothie King, Subway, Cold-Stone Creamery
-beer, pizza, beer, subs, and more beer at Steverinos or Sons of Italy (darts and whatnot too)
-a pleasant, but oddly located fire station (it is better than having an Eckerds there though)
-more pizza at Mellow Mushroom
-more sandwiches and lunch fodder at 5 points deli (good chicken salad)
-a very appetizing and classy lunch at The Lumpkin Street Cafe
-more to eat or over-priced groceries at Earthfare
-there is more too but someone else can fill in the details since I dont live there anymore
