Has anyone seen the pathetic state of rail passengers who arrive at Lokmanya Tilak (Kurla) Terminus and wanting to travel on the harbour line via Tilak Nager Station on Harbour line. Only one ticket window is open for buying tickets leading to a long "Q" for tired arrived passengers. This also causes delay to the local residents desiring to purchase a local train travel ticket.
Solution: To Have more number of "serviced" ticket windows at tilak nager Station on the harbour line.
