Hylands Park is a country house and its surrounding 574 acre park in Essex in southern England. It is now owned by Chelmsford Borough Council. The park is generally open to the public except when used for special events.
It is the home of the annual V Festival, and staged the 2007 World Scout Jamboree. It hosted the Scout Eurojam in 2005. Hylands House, located in the grounds, was used as a location double for the White House in the 2004 film 'Chasing Liberty'.
